Well strangely enough they want the servers close to home, so they can
do upgrades and what not themselves. That restricts where they can
have them. It's been discussed before and apparently having the data
dual hosted so when one goes down the other can take over is cost
prohibitive.

All said, when they look at the down time for a given year is a very
small percentage, it just seems big because we all love BGG so much.
