First off let me say that i have had issues before with missing or
broken minis from their games before and they have always replaced
them without a problem...the issue is ...DO I REALLY NEED TO UTILIZE
THEIR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR EVERY FRIGGIN GAME????

Was off from work today so I figured I would use the time to crack
open my new copy of Middle Earth Quest and once again every figure but
2 are bent and or broken...ridiculous...and this game has a $90
MSRP????

Well guess I am sending off yet another email to them.
