1. Yes... printed out and even laminated Ground Floor last night, in fact.
(Crazy OCD).
2. Don't care, so AS LIKELY, I suppose.

If you do provide a PnP, please please please provide things that must be
printed front and back in ONE file so that the printer can duplex them
together on one sheet. Ground Floor's cards were not done that way and so I
had to glue the sheets together before laminating them (not able to get to
printer feed trays to manually duplex, long story) and it really sucks
because they are NOT staying together. Even after laminating, I'm going to
have to sleeve them to play.
