Finding time and a partner/opponent is sometimes more difficult than
finding a game.

Carcassonne is fun for you. There is so much in that line it would
take you a while to play through it all. But, as you say, you need
someone else in the game.

Because you love Pandemic, I'm thinking you like co-op games with a
sense of urgency. Flash Point: Fire Rescue is that and plays two.
Don't know how well, though.

Other things to consider is whether solo play is ok for you, how much
time and thought you want a game to take, a particular theme you might
like, or whether theme is important.

Good luck. Looking forward the next game is one of the many pleasures
of this hobby.
