1. When selling Cotton and you choose an unflipped port, then choose to use the distant market, then the market bottoms out... Do you get another chance to sell cotton from other places or is your action over? 2. Can I trace a route through the external ports like Yorkshire? I know you can build rails, but if I'm stranded with no connection to liverpool, but can trace something all the way through yorkshire to liverpool does that count as being connected?
