They were up until 6am fighting the problem. As a Linux/Unix system administrator, I feel their pain. When you are in the situation they are in, you just put your head down and focus on putting out the little fires that lead to the big fires that eventual put out the burning building. Coming up for air and keeping everyone in the loop (while nice) can distract from fixing the problem at hand.
