War in Europe is available for PC. (which is SPI's War in the East and War in the West combined into a single game). I haven't tried it myself (although I do have the physical game), but a few mates play it, so I presume it quite good since they are still playing it.
SPI's War in Europe is a true monster game. To set it up fully you need at least one room. It has nine standard SPI maps, plus two production charts and another large chart (or is that two?) for turns etc. It came with 3600 counters ;-) A great game. Cheers.
