For Chrome users, I finally worked it out. Since my MSIE was working, and I tried everything. resetting my IP address, and cache and cookies...it had to be my Chrome settings. Then found another checkbox which was separate from the Cookies and Cache. It's "Clear data from hosted apps". Try that on your Chrome, and see if it'll work.
