Off the top of my head...

King of Tokyo - fun expansion on Yahtzee rolling with resources, card
buying, and attacking others :-) only played a few 2-player games, seems
like it would be better with 3+, also bought the Haloween expansion but it
turns out you need the Power Up expansion, so I'll have to get that!
Boss Monster - card game, you're a video game boss monster, trying to build
the best dungeon to kill the most explorers, points for kills, points
against for explorers that get through without dying. Cool concept, we
liked it the few times we've tried it, and just picked up the Tools of Hero
Kind expansion which adds a new twist (heroes can have items which help
them, but if you kill them, the items then are useful to you)
Zombie Dice - always fun for a few plays while waiting for drinks, 3rd
expansion (giant 12-sided school bus die) just came out, just picked it up
Quarriors - came recommended, haven't played yet, apparently you should get
one of the expansions as they add - something. I forget what. So I'll be
grabbing one of those at some point.
Dice Masters X-Men vs. Avengers - haven't played it yet but it's sure fun
opening all those boosters! :-) Looking forward to actually playing it
Fluxx - fun but almost random card game where the rules constantly change,
easy to carry around
Anomia - fun party/bar game where you realize how hard it is to think of
simple words under pressure, another one that's portable
Loonacy - simple mindless shape-matching card game with no turns, would
probably be fun for kids even, mindless and quick
Love Letter - played a few times, looking forward to getting into the
nuances a bit more (if there are any)
