This happens to everyone everytime BGG goes down for maintenance, planned or not, but it happened to me for the first time tonight.
FYI - if you are using Chrome (or possibly Firefox, possibly requiring the Firebug plugin), you can open up the "Inspect Page/Firebug/whatever" panel, go back to the page where you were trying to submit, and when it says "Content Resubmission", go ahead and resubmit your information, and it should show up in the debug panes in the bottom.
