I would suggest the Tiny Epic series of games from Gamelyn Games, Galaxies and Western being my two favorites. Also 8 Minute Empire Legends from Red Raven games is good. Finally, Harbour from Tasty Minstrel is a good one as well. All are small in form, long in gameplay, full of options, and support the numbers youre looking for.
