Losing a game or two isn't a huge deal. I thought Imperial Assault did a 
good job with alternating games to be slightly in favor of the loser of the 
previous game, but like Andre said, if it keeps going, you're going to be 
hurting. If your heroes are really good players then go hard all the time, 
but if you're a stronger player then I'd take it easy a bit so they can get 
some upgrades or the end game will be less fun for them.
