CENTRAL CO – ORDINATION COMMITTEE (C3) or Admin Team
Structure
- 5 Members : moderators of main group: only most active members would be made the moderators of groups. All administrators will be moderator but all moderators may not be administrator
- Would take care of the Yahoo Groups and Google groups
- They will choose one person among them who will convey message among administrative team and different grps.
- They will be free to distribute responsibility among themselves and inform to the bm_mangement and main grp.
Rights & Responsibility:
- Should have the responsibility of putting together the important discussion currents, suggestions, feedback in the appropriate groups
- Taking care of Memberships
- Constant nurturing of the mind and soul through morale building exercises and sending of literature on a normal basis.
- To look after the overall progress of Bharat Uday Mission.
- It Should not be the final authority for all disputes. It will look after day to day functioning and small decisions. It will be fine tuned by this team itself soon.
- Would be expected to give the best guidance and leadership.
- Should have the main responsibility of co-coordinating with all the other teams.
- All important correspondence should be done through or after taking into full confidence, this committee.
- Will be the link between all the teams and the local chapter C3's
- Should directly communicate with local chapters and address their grievances.
- Should convey the issues raised by the local chapter to respective teams
- To coordinate with the LLT to solve an impediments for the local chapters.
- Keeping organizational unity.
- To monitor the behavior of members and to ensure that no such behavior creates negative image for BM / or creates internal tension within BM.
- To motivate disheartened members and to guide them in channelising their skills and energy.
- Help in personality development of members.
- Hold workshops at different places to guide local people about morals, cleanliness, spirituality, current affairs goals of BM.
- The C3 will be responsible for ensuring smooth flow of information between the other teams.
- Act as an arbitrator in case of misgivings amongst any other teams.
- They will manage all resources including human resource etc and will Develop expertise in it. Other teams waste time in this foolish job and they have to just inform to c3 for any required resource.
- They will be free to devise their own methods and implement them
Tenure:
It will be of six months 26th Jan to 15 Aug and 15Aug to 26th Jan.
Special rights to Members:
1. They will immune to personal criticism. (or unwanted criticism in the name of feedback )
2. They will lead by example and will see things in larger prospective and hence they will get three Months for doing things without questioning. Then everybody get one week to give feedback and criticise them. Then again next three months they will be free to work independently
3. No member will be allowed to step down before three months . SO only those people take responsibility who are willing to work for next three months without complaint.
4. No interference from anybody will be allowed and it will be taken as an act of indiscipline
Election:
1. They can be removed by management grp only with 66% votes against them of total casted vote or 60% vote on Main yahoo grp of total casted vote .
2. They will be chosen by main grp by election on maingrp. Rules will be made by constitution grp and approved by main grp.
More rules will be made by Constitution grp in leadership of vinay ji.
At present we can't go for election on amin grp so Proposed and elected (on management grp.) Three members will work till 15 Aug and then we will go for election. New members can be added in between if required by the procedure as described above or developed further.
