Dear Mayank It seems there is enough momentum in group now, but missing the direction for action.
I am proposing to form action teams to start acting in various spaces. Before that we need to know current structure of the team. There is no info on Who's who. Who is involved in IT team, who is moderating the forum, website etc. The current website does not look enough to build group activities. I shall explain you what it means in my later email. The pace of forum moderation is extremely slow. I would like to know the reason for it. Rahul, Would you be part of this process? All members Kindly let me know who want to be active/passive participant in this process. The steps I suggest are as follows - 1. Identifying the various segments of society based on Age, Urban/Rural, Languages, States 2. Forming a framework for Action groups. 3. Deciding priorities 4.
