Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Job: Engineering Employment Type: Contract Consultant Description The Client Connectivity Services group is looking to recruit a experienced team member to do migration of client-facing FIX connections from one data center to another. This is a 6 month contract. The successful candidate will migrate the network connectivity path of existing FIX interfaces from one datacenter to another, creating new FIX connections in the MS client FIX plant where necessary and managing the details of the load-balancer which supports these FIX interfaces. The person in this role will be expected to manage multiple client migration projects simultaneously, as well as communicate and manage his time and the time of other participants in the migration process effectively so as to complete the migration work on time and without errors. This is a hands-on role and the ability to successfully make production changes according to change management procedures with the available tools is required.
