< *Skills
• Experience as a functional consultant in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
solutions using WorkFusion, preferably in the Financial domain.
• Knowledge of Payments and Trade life cycle in Financial domain
• Understand the configuration aspects of the various WorkFusion modules
• Experience with customer interaction, requirements gathering, gap analysis
and software development lifecycle is a must.
• Familiarity with the business processes of at least one of the verticals like
Finance, Banking, and Investment Banking is a plus.
• Hands-on approach essential

< *Job Responsibilities
• Install and configure WorkFusion products
• Interact with Financial clients during project kick-off, requirement
gathering, gap analysis workshops, end user training and product delivery
• Collaborate with clients various internal departments regarding application
features and functionality.
• Create requirements document, gap analysis document, functional
specifications, test plan and test cases.
• Translate the functional requirements from the customer into design.
• Review and approve test cases prepared by the QA organization.
• Practice and help enforce best practices for software development within the
team.
• Lead and guide a team of application developers as needed, help them
understand the business requirements and develop applications and / or
configured solutions.
• Review Application User Guides and training material for WorkFusion’s
application.
