Ability to prioritize, groom stories, understand dependencies between applications Ability to whiteboard solutions in front of a large audience and think nimbly on your feet Qualifications/Experience: 7+ years professional software development experience with Java based programming including good exposure with Middleware technologies and development. - SOA/Microservices, Queuing technologies, Enterprise Integration pattern experience. RAD tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and designs to both technical and non-technical staff. Self-motivated, naturally curious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and client-focused environment. Skilled in documentation, agile practices Requirements: Strong core programming skills, preferably Java based Strong experience with Spring based tooling, Java/JEE suite Strong experience with Services development with good practices – REST, SOAP Strong experience with tools similar to custom B2B Integration technologies Exposure to SOA/Microservices based integration Exposure with Message oriented Middleware(MoM) tools.
