Here is a record--it looks like field 7 is the edition. This is confirmed by my 
experience of hand-editing the records when I imported them.

Thanks!  This can be reproduced with any file.  We'll need to either  
special-case the group add/remove handling, or just disallow drops on  
"BibTeX Type", which isn't really a field.

Can you send me one or more of the original records with a tag "7"?   
I'll add that to the parser, if it has an obvious definition.
