I can confirm that it's broken in BibEditor's download via context menu, 
but I haven't looked at it.  I added download/replace functionality to 
FileView itself in my own tree.  NSURLDownload delegate works fine there 
for a .pdf URL, so I'd be surprised if it's a bug in Leopard.
