I created two new branches based on the current bibdesk 1.3.20 release.

One, TIGER, should be used for bugfixes for Tiger, in case we ever
want to release a 1.3.21 bugfix version for Tiger users. I added this
because 1.3.20 will probably be the last regular release supporting
Tiger.

The other, REMOVE_OMNI, is a development branch that will be used to
remove dependency on the Omni framework. When that process is done (or
perhaps in some intermediate steps as well so nightly build users can
test it) it will be merged back to trunk. I'll probably be working on
this branch for a while.
