It would also depend on how you manage the location, and the type of  
options you were using, given that Bibdesk is much more flexible than  
iTiunes. So there is no good-for-all solution for that, and hence no  
automatic option or a button. A Database Find & Replace usually does  
a good job for this kind of bulk actions, and allows you to customize  
what it does exactly. Another way is simply to re-autofile by  
selecting all items and hitting Cmd-K.
