I'm not sure biblatex can help you with title capitalization, but you might take a look at crosstex (http://www.cs.cornell.edu/People/egs/ crosstex/index.php). (Yet) Another bibtex replacement which has among other things functions for capitalization. I don't know wheher this helps you, though.
