You should be able to do that easily. Use the Edit->Find->Database
Find and Replace option, to find & replace in Title fields.
To limit the scope to @article types, set the source list column on
the left to group by "BibTeX Type" (click on the column heading,
choose "Add Field", and choose "BibTeX Type" from the drop-down menu),
then select the Article group.
