I think what you want to do can be accomplished clicking on the column headings in the main table showing bib info. First, click on the year column. This will re-order the list by year, scrambling the alpha order. Then, click on the author column. This will preserve the date order within a given alpha category, but will re-order list alphabetically. It is not possible to order the list by more than two fields (at least it wasn't last time I asked about this, which was a long time ago, admittedly). -Adam G. ================================= Adam M.
