No, there isn't. You could use AppleScript to help with this though. For some formats we try to fix this if we can. But generally it may be impossible to see the difference of a comma separating two names or a comma separating a last name and a first name or initial. If this happens consistently for a particular text format, we could perhaps do this in our parser.
