Of course I fully disagree with their remark that "the developer  
should be familiar with Wiley". In fact, the problem is not about  
knowing their quirks. The problem is that their broken format does  
not give a way to recognize it as RIS, and distinguish it from some  
similar formats, such as PubMed. They don't add *any* identifying  
characteristic.
