Quick Look gets confused if you have the same plugin in two locations. If you have the BibDesk QL plugin in ~/Library/QuickLook, delete it (using rm or by emptying the trash). Next, move the last nightly build to another folder and then move it back, which should force LaunchServices to see the new plugin. You might also need to log out/log in.
