A note of warning: be careful to use the new folder and separator features, it has not been tested yet. If you want to test it I advise you to save a backup of your bookmarks (~/Library Application Support/ BibDesk/Bookmarks.plist) and/or your preferences (~/Library/ Preferences/edu.ucsd.cs.mccrack.bibdesk.plist).
