I can't speak for the other developers, but as far as I'm concerned, it's 
on-topic for the list, since the script and its usage is directly related to 
BibDesk.  I personally think it's in our best interest to encourage this sort 
of development.  If traffic increases to the point where people complain, we 
could set up a new list as well.
