Sorry about that; I fixed this last night, along with a few other autofile-related bugs. I didn't push out a new build, though. On the plus side, I set a new folder ~/Documents/BDTest as my papers folder, then autofiled a bunch of dummy files to it using a test.bib file on my desktop. I then copied ~/Documents/BDTest and the .bib file to another Mac...and all the files showed up. On the second system, I autofiled another attachment, then moved everything back to the first computer, and the new attachment showed up as well. Also, be aware that remote and local URLs are now visible in the same place, and you can reorder them by dragging in the editor and create aliases or links by dragging to the Finder (use the option key to create a copy).
