The next nightly build will allow saving by default, so you can overwrite your 
files.

No data should be lost when you save, but you'll end up with additional 
bdsk-file-n fields in the file along side your local-url and remote url fields. 
 For now, I don't recommend nuking the local/remote URLs.  We're still thinking 
about how to make the transition smooth.

In addition, the last build and future builds/releases are also signed using 
the Leopard codesign tool, so interaction with the firewall should be better.  
It's a self-signed certificate, though, so you can't actually verify the trust 
chain.
