I would think that makebst could produce something like this, if you  
can get it to work.

If you have all your paths set up right then I would think that just  
entering "makebst" at any command prompt in your shell would start the  
script.

If you are using the MacTeX distribution, then put the .bst's in

~/Library/texmf/bibtex/bst/

Well, there are other places it can go, probably, but this will work.

If these directories aren't there, then make them---but the texmf  
should be there.
