Sorry, I should have said the recent nightlies (I was already thinking of these as .13, as Adam was asking for votes). The BibDesk script menu on the main menu bar contains the items "About the Scripts Menu," "Sample Script Hook," and "Sample Script" in addition to the names of the scripts that are resident in ~/Library/ Application Support/BibDesk/Scripts. In 1.3.12, the non-script items noted above are listed at the top of the menu with the script names below them. In the 0103 nightly, these items are the last three items at the bottom of the menu, with the scripts listed above them. I like the scripts at the top, and I was thinking that it would also be logical to separate the scripts from the built-in items with a menu divider, as they're really two different things, and it would make the "About the Scripts Menu" item a bit easier to hit (which I use to open the scripts folder).
