Do you mean when installing template files as templates in BibDesk's  
templates preferences? If so, you don't need to do that anymore (as of  
the last few versions of CiteInPages and BibDesk). The only template  
that needs to be installed that way is the in text citation template,  
which hasn't changed any (so your old one will work fine). The other  
templates, CIP-AMAstyle.rtf and CIP-APAstyle.rtf, just need to be put  
into the Templates folder. The scripts and BibDesk will find them  
there without your needing to do any installation.

You might take a look at the current readme file--installation has  
been simplified a good bit.
