You can add a script group with a script that reads RSS feeds. Adam has made a script to read pubmed, which is available at <http:// homepage.mac.com/amaxwell/.Public/pubmedtobibtex.zip>.
The problem with adding a generic RSS feed script is that we don't know what we get, so we don't know how to interpret the RSS feed. It depends on the source of the feed. if you look inside the source of Adam's script you'll see that most of the code is PubMed specific. Most of the generic handling is already there in the script group.
