I've put up a slightly modified version of today's CiteInPages v. 1.0 release that makes one change in the processing sequence of the three main scripts so that a template file name can be passed to the script on-the-fly from a CiteInPages XML tag in the document. Just replace the v. 1.0 scripts in the BibDesk's script directory with these.
