I'll disable the warning for packages. The main reason for this  
warning was someone who auto-filed his Desktop.

A modifier would perhaps be possible. Not sure which, and also don't  
think it would be possible to show it.

So why don't you use a format "%l%d0%e"?

One problem is that it is automatic, so you can't just add and then  
mark it as not needing auto file (as that comes too late). A modifier  
might be the only way to do anything like this, but it would be very  
hidden, as there's nothing indicating this.

Or use %l in your format, or rename the file back after auto-filing  
(you could even put that in a script hook).
