I also use Omnigraffle Pro (4) and used to have troubles (I have been using the flat file option since it was added so I don't know if it is still a problem). The flat file option was added precisely because of complaints regarding svn. Option available in OG4 at Inspectors:Canvas:Document Settings. OG5 may well use flat files by default?! By the way the script I pointed to in my last post really does work if anyone who has been avoiding putting such files under svn wanted to do so. Running it is an inconvenience but I have found it well worth it...
