Unfortunately not. Which version of Skim did you use to save these notes? There has been a version of Skim that saved buggy notes.
Hmm, not sure. I do regular updates, so I must have missed one or two at most.
I just downgraded to v1.1.8 and it solved my problem.For information, I use extensive highlighting, and rarely other types of notes.
