Here's a correction for the "APA style full citations" template
(APACitationTemplate.txt) on the Wiki...
In APA Style, the names of the editors (for inbook references) should
be listed as "In A. B. Smith..." (not Smith, A. B.)
(See p. 252, #34 in the APA Publication Manual, 5th Edition.)
So... in the inbook pubtype listing (line #5[?] of the template) find
this: ...$editors.abbreviatedNormalizedName...
and remove: Normalized
