This works for any PDF that contains a DOI or Elsevier/Nature Group PII in
either

1) the filename
2) the PDF title
3) the first 2 pages of the text

So long as the DOI/PII has been deposited in PubMed.  This unfortunately
means that the feature is restricted to articles in biomedical journals that
are actually indexed in PubMed.  Note that the PDF itself has nothing to do
with PubMed and can come from your favourite journal's website etc.
