The answer is no, I don't know what you are talking about.
I thought that maybe it would help, so I tried in the same conditions
(removing all BibDesk files) with the previous Nighty Build
(BibDesk-20090307.dmg), and I got the same result: crash.
So I got back to the the current release, 1.3.20, and everything works
perfectly.
