That's how I assumed it would be done, but I don't see any options  
for doing so.

I open the publication info window. In the bottom left corner, there  
is an "Actions" menu. From there, I can select "Choose URL..." but  
there is no option for "Remove URL". If I choose a new URL, it simply  
adds a new one. It does not replace any previous URL.

The publication's contextual menu also seems to lack such an option,  
or maybe I'm just dense.

Note that I'm not talking about a standard bibtex Url or Local-url  
field. I'm talking about the BibDesk-specific URL field (i.e., the  
one that shows up in the source file as Bdsk-Url-n).

For the record, I'm using version 1.3.20.
