Aargh! Apple's CFStringTokenizer functions don't have the correct attribute set (AVAILABLE_MAC_OS_X_VERSION_10_5_AND_LATER), so apparently they're not weakly linked as they should be. Thanks for pointing that out.
If you revert to a few nightly builds ago it might be okay. At present it will only occur if you have an editor window open with no associated files or URLs.
