Slight correction (I'm not an expert on RTF either). You should just select
the whole section, and just move the downward pointing triangle at the top
left. This will set the left-margin for the wrapping lines. The horizontal
bar/T determines the indent of the first line of the paragraph, and the
downward pointing triangle at the right determines the right margin.
