Search groups are unrelated to Google Scholar and web parsing; for what it's
worth, search groups should be much more robust.

The server settings are specific to z39.50 searching, so they're disabled
for WoS (yes, the search group UI has problems).  Currently there's no
support for proxies, since Apple's Web Services support is poorly
documented, and my WoS access is IP-based so I'm not able to test with a
proxy.
