[Bibdesk-users] Reversing the linked files to local file script

Hi everyone,

I am migrating to a new hard disk and I have found the quite useful script
to convert linked files to local file urls.
But is there a script to reverse the process for my new disk? or at least
some advice on how to get a linked file string from a local url?
