When you hit Enter you should expect to commit the edit, you may not expect to /also/ implicitly press the Add button. That was causing problems to some users in the past, so now we force you to explicitly choose either the Add or Cancel button. Moreover, due to some quirks with Apple's responder chain, it actually was leading to crashes. And to directly get the focus on the Add button you simply should hit Tab, you don't need to hit Enter first.
