Hi all,
is there anybody who owns an ebook reader device (capable of reading PDF files) who would like to beta-test my BibDesk->Reader synchronisation script? It works as follows: Using calibre's modules to talk to devices it will synchronise a selected number of publications to the reader, including metadata. It works via an export template and will delete PDFs from the reader that were previously synched with BibDesk but are not selected any more. Files on the reader not explicitly managed via BibDesk will not be touched. Currently, this script does not the transfer of notes, but that's the next step. Also, currently only PDF files are supported, but if people are interested, others such as rtf, epub etc. can be supported, even using calibre's conversion abilities. Anyway, anyone interested in early testing, drop me a line.
