Chicago includes page numbers in the in-text citations, which  
CiteInPages isn't designed to do. As to the reference list, I'm not  
aware of a Chicago template, but it wouldn't be that hard to make one,  
especially if you're just interested in relatively straightforward  
books & articles. Templates are editable as RTF files with TextEdit,  
and mostly it's a matter of copy a template that's not too different  
from what you want, and putting the bibliography items in the right  
order with the right punctuation.
